JUST FOR THE RECORD:
NONE of the problems that ARE being used in this mock-parent-teacher contact log are TRUE.
I was simply giving an example of what a parent-teacher contact log could look like.  The rest is just silliness!

If you understood what I put, I think that these are incredibly valuable to increase communication between parents and teachers - for the benefit of these parties and for the benefit of the students.  Teachers need the support of their parents, and parents need to know that they and their students will be supported by their teachers.  This is one of the best ways to do it in my opinion. 
SO...if you are one of these parties and haven't considered this method of communication, then please use this method, in addition to others that you can find.  You might just find out that it helps a lot!
